The Karten Group rebating 25% of gross commission from home purchase or sale to teachers, first responders, law enforcement, armed forces and retirees

Las Vegas, NV –  A team of local Realtors have taken the initiative to help offset the expenses involved in a home purchase or sale by giving back to the community members that are most deserving – our heroes. Starting on Memorial Day, all home buyers who qualify as a “hero” will get 25% of the gross commission rebated back to them at close of escrow. Home sellers will also receive the same rebate, as long as the home isn’t a short sale.

According to the team’s owner, Realtor Mark Karten, “Teachers, firemen, police, Armed Forces members and any retirees within these groups have earned our respect and gratitude. This is the best way for us to give our thanks.”

Mr. Karten has also arranged through numerous mortgage lenders that they will rebate 50% of their loan origination fee to the buyers as well. Mr. Karten continues, “Everyone is on board with this program and willing to give back. It makes a big difference when you have extra money to spend on carpet, paint or buy furniture. We’re talking about a major savings. We are extending our offer to any retirees who are within these groups as well.”

“This is not a limited time offer. We are committed to the re-growth of our community and are excited to participate in this way. For teachers, law enforcement and fire fighters, we also participate in the Good Neighbor Next Door program, which gives 50% off homes within the program’s guidelines.  When qualified homes become available for sale, we will highlight their limited availability directly on our website.”
